Edward B. Fugate, 60, Phoenix, Arizona, died Sunday, October 16, at Veterans Administration Hospital in Phoenix. He was the brother of Glenna Christenberry of Attica.
A former resident of Danville, Illinois, he had been an employee of the Veterans Administration Medical Center there. He married Joan Robertson, who survives.
Other survivors include a son, Richard Fugate of Phoenix; a daughter, Shelley Fugate of Phoenix; and two grandchildren.
The body was cremated. -s-
